  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1626, to House File 715 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting before line 24 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#___.  Page 25, line 34, by striking the word
  1  6 "The" and inserting the following:  "Of the funds
  1  7 appropriated in this section, $872,500 is allocated
  1  8 for purposes of section 232.142, subsection 3, unless
  1  9 an enactment of the Seventy-seventh General Assembly,
  1 10 1997 Session, establishes a new Code chapter 911A
  1 11 providing for a jail, courthouse security, and
  1 12 juvenile detention and runaway assessment facility
  1 13 surcharge, in which case the"."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
