  1  1    Amend House File 715 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 24, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AT ELDORA AND
  1  5 TOLEDO.  There is appropriated from the general fund
  1  6 of the state to the department of human services for
  1  7 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997, and ending
  1  8 June 30, 1998, the following additional amount, or so
  1  9 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for purposes
  1 10 of providing educational programs at the state
  1 11 training school at Eldora and the Iowa juvenile home
  1 12 at Toledo which focus on the prevention of sexual
  1 13 abuse and the development of positive social
  1 14 interaction skills:  
  1 15 .................................................. $    200,000"
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
