1 7 "Sec. . PROVIDER REIMBURSEMENT – SHELTERED
1 8 WORKSHOPS. There is appropriated from the general
1 9 fund of the state to the department of human services
1 10 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997, and ending
1 11 June 30, 1998, the following amount, or so much
1 12 thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
1 13 designated:
1 14 For payment of an increase in provider
1 15 reimbursement for sheltered workshops:
1 16 .................................................. $ 90,000
1 17 The moneys appropriated in this section shall be
1 18 allocated to counties in accordance with the
1 19 methodology for distribution of property tax relief
1 20 fund moneys under section 426B.2, subsection 1. The
1 21 moneys provided pursuant to this section shall be used
1 22 to pay the state share of the increase in
1 23 reimbursement rates by two percent over the
1 24 reimbursement rate provided on June 30, 1997, for
1 25 sheltered workshops."
