  1  1    Amend House File 715 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 52, by inserting after line 34, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  COMPUTER PROGRAM – COORDINATION.  The
  1  5 department shall develop a proposal to provide that,
  1  6 to the greatest extent possible, all computer programs
  1  7 used by the department, including but not limited to
  1  8 FACS, X-PERT, and the program used by the child
  1  9 support recovery unit are interactive.  The department
  1 10 shall submit the proposal, including costs associated
  1 11 with implementation of the proposal, to the general
  1 12 assembly on or before January 12, 1998."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
