  1  1    Amend House File 715 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking page 24, line 34, through page 25,
  1  3 line 2, and inserting the following:
  1  4    "2.  a.  The provisions of section 232.143 and any
  1  5 related provision of law or rule prohibiting a group
  1  6 foster care placement which is not in accordance with
  1  7 a regional plan established pursuant to section
  1  8 232.143 shall not apply for the fiscal year beginning
  1  9 July 1, 1997, and moneys appropriated in this section
  1 10 shall be used as necessary to provide group foster
  1 11 care in accordance with court orders for the care."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
