  1  1    Amend House File 710 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 21, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "review." the following:
  1  4    "Each scope of practice review committee shall be
  1  5 limited to five members as follows:  one member
  1  6 representing the profession seeking licensure, a new
  1  7 board, or a change in scope of practice; one member of
  1  8 the health profession directly impacted by, or opposed
  1  9 to, the proposed change, one impartial health
  1 10 professional who is not directly or indirectly
  1 11 affected by the proposed change; and two impartial
  1 12 members of the general public."
