1 6 #2. Page 16, line 6, by striking the words
1 7 "Notwithstanding any provision granting".
1 8 #3. Page 16, by striking lines 7 through 13 and
1 9 inserting the following: "The department of natural
1 10 resources shall remove a pylon obstruction which is
1 11 located in the Skunk river near the city of Mount
1 12 Pleasant pursuant to section 461A.5. The department
1 13 may use up to $100,000 from any moneys appropriated
1 14 from the marine fuel tax receipts deposited in the
1 15 general fund of the state which is appropriated to the
1 16 department of natural resources for the fiscal year
1 17 beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, for
1 18 purposes of funding capital projects traditionally
1 19 funded from marine fuel tax receipts. The department
1 20 shall complete the removal of the pylon obstruction
1 21 not later than January 1, 1998."
