  1  1    Amend Senate File 132, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 27, by striking the figure
  1  4 "321.166" and inserting the following:  "321.105".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, lines 17 and 18, by striking the words
  1  6 "have been are eligible to be" and inserting the
  1  7 following:  "have been".
  1  8    #3.  Page 3, line 31, by striking the words "after
  1  9 the expiration date of the person's" and inserting the
  1 10 following:  "with an expired".
  1 11    #4.  Page 11, line 22, by striking the words "the
  1 12 person renting the vehicle to obtain".
  1 13    #5.  Page 12, by striking lines 7 through 15.
  1 14    #6.  Page 20, lines 5 through 7, by striking the
  1 15 words "or for operating a motor vehicle on the
  1 16 highways of this state with an expired license or
  1 17 permit under section 321.174A".
  1 18    #7.  Page 20, line 7, by striking the word "twenty"
  1 19 and inserting the following:  "twenty one hundred".
  1 20    #8.  Page 20, line 10, by striking the word
  1 21 "paragraph" and inserting the following:
  1 22 "paragraphs".
  1 23    #9.  Page 20, by inserting after line 13, the
  1 24 following:
  1 25    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  ae.  For operating a motor vehicle
  1 26 on the highways of this state with an expired motor
  1 27 vehicle license pursuant to section 321.174A, the
  1 28 scheduled fine is twenty dollars."
  1 29    #10.  By renumbering as necessary.
