  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after "21 U.S.C.
  1  3 } 862" the following:  ", except that the court shall
  1  4 not enter any order pursuant to 21 U.S.C. } 862
  1  5 (b)(1)(A)(i), or 21 U.S.C. } 862 (b)(1)(A)(iv),
  1  6 regarding ineligibility for federal benefits for up to
  1  7 one year for a first conviction under state law for
  1  8 possession of a controlled substance".
