  1  1    Amend House File 637 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 490.1326, subsection 1, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    1.  If the corporation does not take the proposed
  1  7 action within sixty one hundred eighty days after the
  1  8 date set for demanding payment and depositing share
  1  9 certificates, the corporation shall return the
  1 10 deposited certificates and release the transfer
  1 11 restrictions imposed on uncertificated shares."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
