  1  1    Amend House File 708 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  REPAYMENT RECEIPTS – SALE OF TIMBER ON
  1  5 STATE LAND.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1,
  1  6 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, moneys received by the
  1  7 department of natural resources from the sale or
  1  8 harvesting of timber on state land shall be considered
  1  9 to be repayment receipts as provided in chapter 8.
  1 10 The moneys shall be used by the department for
  1 11 purposes of supporting an urban forestry program
  1 12 administered by the department."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
