  1  1    Amend House File 708 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  EXCESS LOTTERY REVENUES – FISCAL YEAR
  1  5 1994-1995.  Of the lottery revenues received during
  1  6 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1994, which remain
  1  7 in the lottery fund, not more than the following
  1  8 amount shall be transferred to the Iowa resources
  1  9 enhancement and protection fund for the fiscal year
  1 10 beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, to
  1 11 be allocated as provided in section 455A.19:  
  1 12 .................................................. $  1,800,000"
