  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by striking the words "large
  1  3 and".
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, line 4, by striking the words "the
  1  5 person or entity" and inserting the following:  "a
  1  6 person who owns or operates a small business as
  1  7 defined in section 17A.31, a family farm, or a family
  1  8 farm business entity within the scope of section
  1  9 9H.1".
  1 10    #3.  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  455H.4  APPLICABILITY.
  1 13    The benefits conferred by this chapter apply only
  1 14 to environmental audits for facilities used in a small
  1 15 business as defined in section 17A.31, a family farm,
  1 16 or a family farm business entity within the scope of
  1 17 section 9H.1."
  1 18    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
