  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  This Act, being deemed of immediate
  1  6 importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  8 word "community" the following:  "and providing an
  1  9 effective date".
