  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1266, to House File 597 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 25, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "meeting." the following:  "The child's parent or
  1  7 other specified relative may identify an advocate to
  1  8 be present at the attendance cooperation meeting as
  1  9 the family's support person.""
  1 10    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 26 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "#   .  Page 3, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "section." the following:  "The rules shall include
  1 14 but are not limited to a process for notifying persons
  1 15 required to participate in the attendance cooperation
  1 16 meeting, a family advocate, and other persons required
  1 17 to be invited to a meeting of the scheduling of the
  1 18 meeting.""
  1 19    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
