1 4 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 1, the
1 5 following:
1 6 "i. Provides information regarding the risks of
1 7 contracting sexually-transmitted diseases."
1 8 #3. Page 2, by inserting after line 1 the
1 9 following:
1 10 "If the Iowa department of public health develops a
1 11 video for use in the program, the director of public
1 12 health shall establish a task force to assist in
1 13 development of the video. The director shall select a
1 14 representative of the health care profession, an
1 15 adolescent treatment program, school nurses, secondary
1 16 school teachers, and others with expertise in
1 17 pregnancy prevention as members of the task force. If
1 18 a video is developed the Iowa department of public
1 19 health shall provide a copy of the video to any school
1 20 with students in grades six through nine, upon request
1 21 and for a fee which is the actual cost of postage and
1 22 handling."
