  1  1    Amend House File 523 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 4 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "GOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYERS.
  1  4    a.  Notwithstanding any provision of this".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 8 and inserting the
  1  6 following:  "situation.
  1  7    b.  For purposes of this subsection:
  1  8    (1)  "Eligible".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 14 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "(2)  "Emergency situation" means the existence of
  1 12 any condition or practice that could reasonably be
  1 13 expected to cause death or serious physical harm
  1 14 before such condition or practice can be abated."
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering and relettering as necessary.
