  1  1    Amend House File 121 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  135L.2A  NOTIFICATION OF
  1  5 PARENT BY MINORS FOLLOWING SEXUAL INTERCOURSE.
  1  6    Following the performance of sexual intercourse
  1  7 involving a minor, any minor involved shall do all of
  1  8 the following:
  1  9    1.  Notify a parent of the dates and times of the
  1 10 performance of sexual intercourse.
  1 11    2.  Notify a parent of whether or not a
  1 12 contraceptive was used during sexual intercourse and
  1 13 the type of contraceptive used."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
