1 3 #1. Page 1, line 6, by striking the word
1 4 "employer" and inserting the following: "laboratory
1 5 conducting the confirmatory test".
1 6 #2. Page 1, by striking line 7 and inserting the
1 7 following: "a second confirmatory drug or alcohol".
1 8 #3. Page 1, line 8, by striking the word "testing"
1 9 and inserting the following: "test".
1 10 #4. Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
1 11 "employer." the following: "If the employee or
1 12 prospective employee requests a second confirmatory
1 13 test within five days after receipt of a positive test
1 14 result, the employee or prospective employee shall, at
1 15 the employee's expense, make arrangements for a second
1 16 confirmatory test consistent with the requirements of
1 17 subsection 6, paragraphs "b" through "f"."
1 18 #5. Page 1, line 11, by striking the word
1 19 "employer" and inserting the following: "laboratory
1 20 conducting the confirmatory test".
