  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 11 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    ""f.  The written policy shall provide that an
  1  6 employee shall have five days after receipt of a
  1  7 positive test result to rebut or explain the result.""
