  1  1    Amend House File 299 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "f.  The written policy shall provide that no
  1  5 disciplinary or rehabilitative actions may occur until
  1  6 the employee has been afforded a reasonable
  1  7 opportunity to rebut or explain the results of the
  1  8 drug or alcohol test, and been given an opportunity to
  1  9 appeal an adverse determination of the employer to a
  1 10 review board consisting of employees and members of
  1 11 management of the employer."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering and relettering as necessary.
