  1  4    "Sec. 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  5 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  6    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "examiners" the following:  "and providing an
  1  8 effective date".
