  1  1    Section 1.  Section 272.31, subsection 1, Code 1997, is
  1  2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  e.  Attainment of at least eighteen years
  1  4 of age.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill adds a minimum requirement of 18 years of age to
  1  7 the requirements an applicant must satisfy before the state
  1  8 board of educational examiners may award a coaching
  1  9 authorization.
