Study, make recommendaitons regarding, and oversee implementation of a uniform system for issuance of motor vehicle licenses by county treasurers, if a system is implemented. Review the experience of the six counties currently authorized to issue the licenses, conduct customer surveys, and perform other activities required by HF 372.
