President Boswell took the chair at 10:32 p.m. Senate File 2470 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2470, a bill for an act relating to state expenditure and regulatory matters by making standing and other appropriations, and providing technical provisions, studies of runaway youth, physician utilization, and retirement system issues, and providing a penalty and effective dates and House amendment S-5886, previously deferred. Senator Murphy moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. A record roll call was requested. On the question Shall the motion to concur be adopted?
