         Amendment S-5856 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-5855 filed by her on April
    29, 1996, to amendment S-5852 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5855 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of amendment S-5852 as
    amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Bartz offered amendment S-5876 filed by him from the floor
    to page 5 of the bill.

         Senator Szymoniak raised the point of order that amendment S-5876
    was not germane to the bill.

         The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5876 out of
    order.

         Senator Szymoniak moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
