         Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, the committee on State Government
    assigned to investigate the following governors appointments, completed
    its investigations on March 27 and 28, 1996, and made no recommendation:

         Jill M. Robinson as a member of the Board for the Licensing and
    Regulation of Hearing Aid Dealers.

         Ruth A. Ohde as a member of the Board of Mortuary Science
    Examiners.
