         Senator Giannetto called up the appointment of Gail K. Danilson as
    a member of the Commission of Veterans Affairs, placed on the Individual
    Confirmation Calendar on February 21, 1995, found on page 407 of the
    Senate Journal and deferred by Senate Resolution 13 on April 12, 1995.

         Senator Giannetto moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
    by the Senate.

    Confirmation Calendar on February 21, 1995, found on page 407 of the
    Senate Journal and deferred by Senate Resolution 13 on April 12, 1995.

         Senator Giannetto moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
    by the Senate.
