House File 2449
The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2449, a bill for an
act setting campaign contribution limits by persons and political
committees, addressing independent expenditures on behalf of candidates,
employee and member contributions, making penalties applicable, and
providing an effective date, and amendment S-5489 by the committee on
State Government to strike everything after the enacting clause and to
the title page of the bill, deferred March 26, 1996.
Senator Rittmer offered amendment S-5567 filed by him from the
floor to page 3 of amendment S-5489 and moved its adoption.
A record roll call was requested.
