         As members of the Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to Section
    147.14(2) for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 1999:

         Dr. Eddie D. DeHaan, Fort Dodge, Webster County, for reappointment
    and Dr. Allen J. Zagoren, Clive, Polk County, for appointment.

         As members of the Board of Mortuary Science Examiners pursuant to
    Section 147. 14(1) for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30,
    1999:

         Ruth A. Ohde, Manning, Carroll County, for reappointment and
    Shirley A. Pennington, Rudd, Floyd County, for appointment.

         As members of the Board of Nursing Examiners pursuant to Section
    147.14(3) for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 1999:

         Sandra Bane, Oakland, Pottawattamie County, for reappointment;
    Rodmon C.  Bell, Burlington, Des Moines County, for reappointment and
    Anna C. Fallon, Fort Dodge, Webster County, for appointment.

         For reappointment as members of the Board of Optometry Examiners
    pursuant to Section 147.14(6) for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and
    ending April 30, 1999:

         Dr. Donovan L. Crouch, Storm Lake, Buene Vista County, and Dr,
    Larry W.  Hicks, Creston, Union County.

         Elizabeth R. Walker, Davenport, Scott County, for reappointment as
    a member of the Board of Parole pursuant to Section 904A.3 for a term
    beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 2000.

         As members of the Board of Pharmacy Examiners pursuant to Section
    147.14(5):

         Dr. Melvin L. Grundleger, Clive, Polk County, for appointment for a
    term beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 1998; Mary P. Mitchell,
    Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, for reappointment for a term
    beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 1999; Phyllis A. Olson, Des
    Moines, Polk County, for reappointment for a term beginning May 1, 1996,
