    Senate File 2218

         On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 2218, a bill for an act
    relating to the community health management system by extending the date
    for implementation of phase I of the system, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Szymoniak moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On motion of Senator Dvorsky, Senate File 2147, a bill for an act
    increasing the membership of the Iowa telecommunications and technology
    commission, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up
    for consideration.

         Senator Dvorsky moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
