    relating to the administration and accreditation of area education
    agency programs and providing for properly related matters.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Hammond, Neuhauser and Tinsman. Nays, 5: Redfern, Lind, Murphy, Rensink
