    professional education program requirements for preparation that
    contributes to the education of children with disabilities.

    Senate File 2140

         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2140, a bill for an
    act increasing the speed limit on certain highways and providing an
    effective date and amendment S-5102, previously deferred.

         Senator Bisignano offered amendment S-5113 filed by Senators
    Bisignano, et al. , from the floor to page 1 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-5113 lost by a voice vote.

         Senator Halvorson moved the adoption of amendment S-5102 to page 1
    of the bill, previously deferred.

         A non record roll call was requested.

         A record roll call was requested.
