    providing a retroactive applicability date and an effective date, and
    amendment S-5103 by Senator Lind to pages 1 and 2 of the bill,
    previously deferred.

         Senator Lind moved the adoption of amendment S-5103, which motion
    prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Deluhery moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
