    TRANSPORTATION

    Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Gettings, Fraise, Drake, Connolly, Dearden,
    Douglas, Fink, Halvorson, Jensen, Lind and Rittmer. Nays, none. Absent
    or not voting, 1: Black.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Transportation
