                                    JUDICIARY

         Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, the committee on Judiciary assigned to
    investigate the following governors appointments, completed its
    investigations on February 20, 1996, and recommended the appointees be
    confirmed:

         Donald R. Tietz as a member of the Board of Corrections.

         John F. Bright and Zell L. Millard as members of the State Judicial
    Nominating Commission.

                                LOCAL GOVERNMENT

         Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, the committee on Local Government
    assigned to investigate the following governors appointment, completed
    its investigation on February 20, 1996, and recommended the appointee be
    confirmed:

         Jon P. Finney as a member of the County Finance Committee.
