Deleting the requirement to enter a civil judgment after an order
of restitution has been entered.

training, for establishment of a statewide registry for protective
orders, for seizure of certain weapons that could be used in a further
incident of domestic abuse, and an increased fee for dissolution decrees
to be used to support victims of domestic violence, and providing a
