    Senate File 2138

         On motion of Senator Judge, Senate File 2138, a bill for an act
    relating to county mental health and developmental disability funding,
    was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Sorensen asked and received unanimous consent that
    amendment S-5048 filed by Senators Sorensen, et al., from the floor to
    page 1 of the bill be withdrawn.

         Senator Judge offered amendment S-5049 filed by Senators Judge, et
    al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         A record roll call was requested.
