         Senate File 2132, by Black, a bill for  an act relating to the
    allocation of the state ceiling on the issuance of tax exempt private
    activity bonds.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         Senate File 2133, by Black, a bill for  an act relating to the
    statewide applicability of real estate improvement districts and
    providing an effective date.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         Senate File 2134, by Kibbie, a bill for  an act relating to the
    collection and reporting of information concerning persons who purchase
    individual health insurance coverage and providing for related matters.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         The Senate stood at ease at 1:58 p.m. until the fall of the gavel
    for the purpose of a party caucus.

         The Senate resumed session at 2:46 p.m., President Boswell
    presiding.



                           BILL ASSIGNED TO COMMITTEE

         President Boswell announced that Senate File 2128 was assigned to
    committee on Appropriations.
