    open-end credit pursuant to a credit card, including the permissible
    over-limit or delinquency charges, the offering of credit unemployment
    insurance, and the time requirements for making certain payments.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-5031.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Deluhery, Jensen, Bisignano, Douglas, Flynn,
    Freeman, Gronstal, Hedge, Husak, Lundby, Priebe and Redfern. Nays, 2:
    Gettings and Palmer. Pass, 1: Hansen.
