District, Board of Directors, supporting changes in the Iowa
Public Employees Retirement System which will facilitate its

for educators.

Relating to the percentage of actual value at which residential
property is assessed for valuations determined during the 1995
and 1996 assessment years and providing an effective and
retroactive applicability date provision.
H. S. B. 519  Commerce-Regulation 
Relating to certain franchise agreements by amending provisions
relating to applicability, transfer, encroachment, termination,
nonrenewal, repurchase of assets, independent sourcing, and
enforcement.
