SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED Halvorson of Clayton called up for consideration House File 560, a bill for an act relating to the definition of "designated person" for purposes of the family farm tax credit and providing effective and applicability dates, amended by the Senate amendment H-6054 as follows: H-6054 1 Amend House File 560, as passed by the House, as 2 follows: 3 1. Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 7 and 4 inserting the following: 5 "a. If the owner is an individual, the designated 6 person includes the owner of the tractor a person7related to the owner as, the owner's spouse,parent,8grandparent,the owner's child, grandchild,or 9 stepchild, and their spouses, or the owner's relative 10 within the third degree of consanguinity, and the 11 relative's spouse." 12 2. Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 21 and 13 inserting the following: "the combined stock of the 14 family farm corporation owned by a designated person 15 as defined in paragraph "a" is equal to at least 16 fifty-one". 17 3. Page 1, by striking lines 25 and 26 and 18 inserting the following: "owned by a designated 19 person as defined in paragraph "a" is equal to at 20 least". 21 4. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating 22 and correcting internal references as necessary. Speaker Corbett in the chair at 8:50 p.m. Vande Hoef of Osceola offered the following amendment H-6058, to the Senate amendment H-6054, filed by him and moved its adoption: H-6058 1 Amend the Senate amendment, H-6054, to House File 2 560, as passed by the House, as follows:
