Weigel of Chickasaw asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment H-6046, to the Senate amendment H-6041, filed by him from the floor. Rants of Woodbury in the chair at 11:28 a.m. On motion by Hammitt Barry of Harrison, the House concurred in the Senate amendment H-6041. Hammitt Barry of Harrison moved that the bill, as amended by the Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
