Klemme of Plymouth called up for consideration House File 2306,
a bill for an act relating to the regulation of motorboats on
certain artificial lakes, and providing an effective date,
amended by the Senate amendment H-5757 as follows:

 1     Amend House File 2306, as passed by the House, as
 2   follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 14 and
