 1     Amend House File 2444 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
 3   "users," the following:  "and may include the low-
 4   income home energy assistance program,".
Amendment H-5239 was adopted.
Brand of Benton offered the following amendment H-5219 filed by
him and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend House File 2444 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 20, by striking the figure
 3   "700,000" and inserting the following:  "850,000".
 4     2.  Page 1, line 29, by striking the figure
 5   "300,000" and inserting the following:  "150,000".
Amendment H-5219 lost.
Sukup of Franklin moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
