House File 414, a bill for an act eliminating the restitution limit for the offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Harrison of Scott moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
