 1     Amend House File 2316 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 3, line 9, by striking the word "court"
 3   and inserting the following:  "finder of fact".
Amendment H-5199 was adopted.
Grubbs of Scott moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
