relations, a bill for an act relating to workers' compensation
claims against the second injury fund and permanent partial
disability compensation, authorizing the commissioner of
insurance to impose a surcharge, and providing an effective date.

for an act relating to foreign and domestic business
corporations by amending certain reporting and filing
requirements and procedures and establishing fees.
