EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 27,
1996. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House
Files 2009, 2211 and 2230.

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Tuesday
morning, February 27, 1996. Had I been present, I would have
voted "aye" on House Files 2009, 2211 and 2230.
CARROLL of Poweshiek
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 27,
1996. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House
Files 2009, 2211 and 2230.
CORMACK of Webster
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Wednesday
morning, February 28, 1996. Had I been present, I would have
voted "aye" on House File 2310.
