MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendation has  been received
and is  on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 530), relating to the
payment by third parties of physician assistants and advanced
registered nurse practitioners.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 1, 1996.
On motion by Brunkhorst of Bremer, the House adjourned at 9:00
a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 5, 1996.
